Aja Tahari Marsh's food is inventive and vibrant, yet always approachable. With flavors ranging from the utterly familiar to the exotic, Aja works closely with each client to customize menus that suit their unique tastes. 

 

Aja studied natural foods cooking at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City, and while most of her work since has been as a personal chef and caterer for a wide-range of clientele, she has also worked as a line cook at Heirloom and for various catering companies in NYC and beyond.

 

Born and raised in Texas, Aja completed her undergraduate studies in Visual Arts at the University of Florida, getting her start as a cook at a local catering company before moving to the northeast. Beyond her work in natural foods and things kitchen-related, she also works as a photographer, food stylist, and graphic designer.
