step 1: fill out your REGISTRATION FORM.

step 2: EMAIL ME with your form, and indicate if you would like to PAY ONLINE via PayPal or if you will mail a check.

step 3: if paying online, an invoice will be emailed to you with instructions on how to pay with a credit or debit card. otherwise, mail checks in to the address below with your registration form.
