This program is designed to arm you with the tools for successful menu planning, making healthy food choices, and cooking skills by having one-on-one access to the knowledge and experience of a personal chef!
So whether you are striving and/or struggling to transition to a healthier lifestyle, feel intimidated in the kitchen, or just need some extra motivation staying on track, I can help you discover more about your eating habits, your body, and your needs. At the most basic level of coaching, clients will have an hour long one-on-one consultation (in person, over the phone, or via Skype) and have the option to add on additional private consultations, cooking lessons, pantry consultations, market tours. We'll work together to create a customized program specifically tailored to you and soon you'll feel energized and excited on the path to a healthier you!

Discussions may include: your current food goals and challenges, menu planning, goal setting and prioritizing, healthy food choices, and personalized recommendations.

Shopping doesn't have to be a pain! Learn your way around natural food stores and markets, picking the freshest ingredients, and getting the best bargains.
• Pantry and Refrigerator Consultation
Rates
All of the rates are on a sliding scale ranging from $35-$75 per one hour consultation or follow up and $175-$400 for various packages. All packages include one consultation and follow up, one tour, and one cooking lesson, though the times and specific inclusions may vary. Inquire for details.
Note: This program is ideal for those already taking positive steps, but who need a bit of short-term guidance and should not take the place of professional medical or nutritional guidance. For a more in-depth and long-term approach, I would suggest working with a Holistic Health Counselor-- I would be happy to make recommendations.
