Whether I come in to your home once a day, once a week, or just every once in awhile, I will work with you on your schedule making meals that are ready to eat when you get home from work, preparing foods to take for lunch or to keep in the freezer, or simply to boost the meals you already serve, helping make your life a little easier. From cooking a special dinner for a few guests, to a themed cocktail party for 40, I specialize in the smaller parties that many catering companies cannot accommodate. Cooking Instruction

I offer private in-home cooking instruction, and am also available for group cooking parties. Cooking is about intuition - recipes are rules meant to be broken. The kitchen is a place where you can be creative and have fun; there's no reason to be intimidated. Just enjoy yourself! And remember: it's only food.

Whether you are striving and/or struggling to transition to a healthier lifestyle or just need some extra motivation staying on track, I can help you learn more about your body and its needs. Through various healthy activities, cooking and/or shopping instruction, and discussion, we'll work one-one and create a customized program specifically for you and you'll soon feel energized and excited on this path to a healthier you! This program can be conducted in person or remotely via telephone and email.

 

 

Pantry Stocking + Kitchen Organizing

Why spend your precious free-time shuffling around a crowded grocery store, hunting for the best deals, reading labels, and waiting in line, only to have to come home, and put everything away? Exhausting! By enlisting my helpful services, I can save you hours of time a week by taking care of the shopping for you. I shop at the best natural foods markets, wholesale retailers, and farmers' markets in the area and by working closely with you, will develop an adaptable list that suits your family's needs and even better, I will come in and put all of the groceries away! I also offer a kitchen organizing/de-cluttering service that will help make navigating your kitchen easier, and keep things from spilling out of cabinets and drawers.
